This disclosure allows the Clinic Partner to:

4.3 Clinic Partner Responsibility

Once your information is shared with your chosen Clinic Partner, that pharmacy/clinic will handle your information under its own privacy obligations and policies.

PSC is not responsible for the Clinic Partner’s handling of your information beyond the disclosure described in these Terms.
