Shipping Costs

The shipping cost applies to the entire sales order placed via the Webshop or Webportal. If an item is backordered and invoiced separately, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
Please note: This policy does not apply to free items such as trial devices, accessories, or POS materials. In these cases, the full shipping cost will be charged to the store.
Despatch Timeframe
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday via Australia Post, using your selected service. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be despatched the next day. Orders placed by 1:00 pm will be despatched the same day.
