How Does it Work?

Start With a Quick Online Sleep Quiz

Begin by taking a short sleep quiz. If your results suggest you may be at risk of obstructive sleep apnoea, you can book a home sleep test with one of our pharmacy straight away.

Collect Your Test and Sleep as Normal

Pick up your sleep test device from a partnered pharmacy and take it home for the night. Our team will show you how to use it. Just wear it while you sleep, no need to change your routine.

Return the Device the Next Day

Bring the device back to the pharmacy the next morning. We’ll upload your sleep data and send it to a sleep physician for review. You don’t need to worry about any tech setup at home.

Get Your Results

You’ll receive your results in just 7 to 10 days. If sleep apnoea is detected, your pharmacist can discuss therapy options with you and help you take the next step toward better sleep.
